Looks like Kimbo’s UFC slint is over with. On a recent article from Yahoo sports, stating that “his run is over.”
In his latest loss to Matt Mitrione, the UFc pulled the plug on Kimbo. A street brawler with one heck of a run.
“He came in. He couldn’t be a nicer guy. He took things serious, trained and went after it,” White said. “His first fight wasn’t the YouTube fights you saw. He won that fight [against Houston Alexander on the TUF 10 finale]. He deserved another fight in the UFC and he lost. Got nothing but respect for Kimbo and I like him as a person. And I think he’s carried himself really well.”
What’s next for Kimbo?
Who knows, but one thing is for sure… he’ll come out just fine.

Man I’m getting disappointed at this point. There’s no action, no nada. I’m sure Dana White is getting pissed and my guess is he’s not going to fight again.

Here’s the fight video from the battle between Kimbo Slice and Houston Alexander. It starts out really really slow and like WTF! They dance around the ring for a little while and then finally “tap” gloves. It’s a weak start for some great fighters.
I think Kimbo is having second thoughts. He doesn’t want to lose.

Here’s Kimbo’s next upcoming fight against Houston Alexander on Saturday December 5th at 9pm. There’s not much hype about this one ever since Kimbo Slice vs. Seth fight, but it’s still a good fight.
